1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the ekplus8 website accessible via ekplus8.run and all associated mobile applications.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the ekplus8 platform.

4 Deposits and Payments

Deposit terms and conditions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.

5 Fund Withdrawal

• All rollover requirements for received bonuses have been fully met.
• The account is not under review or suspension.

The following are strictly prohibited when using the ekplus8 platform:

• Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to play or place bets.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Placing opposing bets against each other (arbitrage) to exploit the bonus system.

In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, ekplus8 will refund all affected bets to your account. Outcomes that were fully settled before the disruption occurred are final and cannot be reversed.

8 User Conduct

The following behaviors are prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination:

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ekplus8 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface designs, text, software, and source code — is the property of ekplus8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

Users are not permitted to:

• Copying, modifying, distributing, or republishing any platform content without written permission from ekplus8.
• Using the ekplus8 brand name, logo, or trademarks for commercial purposes without authorization.
• Downloading or storing platform content for any purpose other than legitimate personal use.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

Ekplus8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Holding more than one account.
• User's own request to close the account.

If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, ekplus8 reserves the right to withhold all bonus balances and wins associated with that violation. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned after the investigation is complete, subject to the applicable review process and financial oversight requirements.
